Shipping Policy

1. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME FORMULA

We are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Your total delivery time is calculated as follows: Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days. This period covers order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging. During peak seasons or major promotional events, processing may be extended by 2–4 business days.

Transit Time:

Neighboring Regions: 7 – 15 business days.

US & Europe: 10 – 20 business days.

Remote Regions (South America, Africa, islands, etc.): 15 – 30 business days.

Note: Processing days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimated transit times do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE & FEES

Global Reach: We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. If your location is restricted due to local policies, we will notify you promptly and offer a free order cancellation.

Fee Calculation: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. All costs are transparently displayed before payment.

Promotions: We offer periodic free shipping or threshold-based shipping promotions. Please check the checkout page for active offers.

3. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note that packages refused due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a full refund; any losses incurred from such refusals will be borne by the customer.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email. Please allow 1–3 business days for initial tracking information to update, as international logistics handovers may cause minor delays.

5. SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

Lost/Mis-delivered: If a package is confirmed lost by the logistics provider, we offer a free reshipment or a full refund.

Damaged/Missing Items: Please report issues within 7 days of the "Delivered" status. We will provide a replacement or refund upon submission of valid proof (photos/videos).

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, but we will actively assist in tracking your shipment.

6. DELIVERY COMPLETION

An order is considered "successfully delivered" once the logistics system shows a "Delivered" status. Deliveries to property management, security guards, or parcel lockers are considered valid completions. Please report any claims for missing parcels within 7 days of the delivery update.
