1. Eligibility & Account Rules

1. Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use our services. Minors shall use the website only with the consent and supervision of their guardians.

2. Registered users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. All operations made under your account shall be deemed authorized by you.

3. Any illegal transactions, fraud, malicious returns, fake disputes, or abuse of customer service will result in account suspension, order cancellation, and termination of service without refunds or compensation.

2. Product Information & Pricing

1. We strive to ensure all product images, specifications, sizes, features, and descriptions are accurate. Minor differences caused by lighting, display settings, or product batch upgrades do not constitute product defects.

2. Product prices and shipping fees are final as displayed on the checkout page. Prices may change dynamically due to promotions, inventory status, and logistics costs without prior notice.

3. In case of system errors, incorrect pricing, or abnormal low prices, we reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust prices before shipment without liability for compensation.

3. Order & Transaction Rules

1. A valid sales contract is formed once your order is successfully paid.

2. We process and ship orders according to standard handling time. In cases of stock shortage, product discontinuation, or logistics exceptions, we offer full order cancellation or equivalent product replacement.

3. Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.

4. All transactions must be processed through official payment channels. Suspicious or fraudulent payments will be intercepted and canceled.

4. Shipping, Customs & Taxes

1. We provide worldwide shipping. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

2. Refusals, abandonment, or non-payment of local taxes by the buyer may result in parcel return or disposal, and we reserve the right to deduct return logistics costs or refuse full refunds.

3. Shipping delays, customs hold-ups, and logistics fluctuations are international shipping norms. We assist in tracking but are not liable for force majeure delays.

5. Returns & After-Sales Policy

3. All refunds are processed via the original payment method. Third-party transaction fees and exchange rate differences are borne by the customer.

7. User Conduct Prohibitions

Post fake reviews, malicious complaints, or attempt fraudulent refunds;

Place excessive malicious orders or repeatedly refuse deliveries to disrupt store operations.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

11. Complaints, Product Warranty & Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

We take all complaints seriously. We will send you an acknowledgement within [2 business days] and aim to provide a final response or proposed solution within [14 business days] . If we are unable to resolve your complaint within this period, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and provide a revised timeline.

Warranty Policy (Products)
We warrant that our physical products shall be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [12] months from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
This Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

If a product fails during the Warranty Period due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion: (a) repair the product, (b) replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or (c) issue a full or partial refund. To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to our support team.

Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation (Consumer Right of Revocation)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, excluding the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of a service contract, 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.

Exercising Your Right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to thanks@bteraee.com). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
